Parts Supply Specialist

At Brandt, we are seeking an experienced Parts Supply Specialist to join our team at our Lethbridge location.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers in locating required parts, providing accurate pricing, and completing online parts orders efficiently.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Solving complex problems related to inventory management
- Receiving, storing, and managing incoming parts and materials in the warehouse and yard
- Locating and shipping parts and materials to customers and other branches as needed
- Collaborating with branch service technicians to ensure seamless support
- Placing inventory stock orders to maintain optimal levels
- Maintaining accurate records of shipping, receiving, inventory, and stock information

We are looking for a skilled individual who can meet the physical demands of the parts/warehousing trade. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in the parts industry is preferred but not mandatory
- A solid foundation of parts/warehousing knowledge and skills
- Journeyperson Certification is considered an asset
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
We estimate the salary range for this position to be between $55,000 - $70,000 per annum, based on the job requirements and the current market rate in Lethbridge, AB.
