Parts Procurement Specialist

Brandt is currently seeking a Parts Procurement Specialist for our location in Lethbridge, Alberta.

This position involves assisting customers in locating required parts, providing pricing information, and completing online orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solving problems related to part procurement
  • Receiving, storing, and managing inventory in the warehouse and yard
  • Locating and shipping parts to customers and other branches
  • Providing support to service technicians as needed
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and reports
  • Utilizing computer systems and equipment for parts management

Required Skills:

  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role
  • Excellent customer service skills for phone and in-person interactions
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the parts industry
  • Familiarity with parts procurement processes and procedures
  • Journeyperson Certification is considered an asset

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
