Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Parts Technician to join our team at GreatWest Kenworth Lethbridge. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for managing inventory, assisting customers with part orders, and supporting the service team with parts for open work orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct phone calls and emails with customers to process orders and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist with parts estimates and ensure accurate pricing and inventory
  • Refill displays to maintain up-to-date pricing and inventory information
  • Fulfill orders for the service department in a timely manner for open work orders
  • Pick parts for customers and coordinate with the shipping department for delivery
  • Work scheduled on-call shifts to provide parts for customers outside of regular business hours
  • Attend additional training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Maintain personal and company equipment
Requirements
  • Apprentice or Journeyman Parts Technician certification
  • Experience working with heavy-duty truck parts and accessories
  • Forklift experience
  • Intermediate MS Office and computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills in verbal and written form
