Electrical Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Sales Professional to join our team as a Contractor Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our contractor partners, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a business plan to maximize account potential growth
- Manage assigned key accounts and be the primary contact for all activities
- Identify and target sales opportunities within your assigned geographical area
- Develop and execute an annual sales/business plan for your assigned accounts
- Responsible for managing/closing proposals to the customer and actively seeking feedback
- Assume a key position within the bid team in developing strategy and providing prompt, clear, and concise quotations
- Follow up on opportunities/quotes/proposals to the customer and actively seek feedback
- Submit call reports and update CRM
- Participate in and attend sales meetings, annual planning meetings, etc.
- Post-secondary education from a technical program (i.e., Electrical, Mechanical discipline)
- 5+ years of experience in Electrical Sales
- Proven track record of Sales (Electrical Wholesale industry preferred)
- Strategically minded with strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Strong technical knowledge and solid understanding of the Industrial/OEM markets
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
