Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Contractor Account Manager to join our team. As a key contact for assigned accounts, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining business plans
  • Maximizing account potential growth
  • Soliciting new customers and growing the account base
  • Managing all assigned accounts and being the primary contact for all activities
  • Identifying and targeting sales opportunities within your assigned geographical area
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Post-secondary education from a technical program (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical discipline)
  • 5+ years of experience in Electrical Sales
  • A proven track record of Sales (Electrical Wholesale industry preferred)
  • Strategic thinking, strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong technical knowledge and a solid understanding of the Industrial/OEM markets
  • Self-motivation and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
