Restaurant Management Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Management Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and manage work schedules to meet business demands;
- Supervise and coordinate food preparation and service to ensure quality control standards are met;
- Train and develop team members to improve their skills and performance;
- Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and waste management;
- Prepare and submit reports on key performance indicators;
- Communicate effectively with customers, staff, and management to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field would be an asset;
- At least one year of experience in a similar role or in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly;
- A valid security clearance;
- Able to stand for extended periods, walk, and perform other physical tasks associated with the role;
- Familiarity with inventory management software and basic computer skills;
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
The Restaurant Management Team Lead will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet deadlines and targets. The position requires standing for extended periods, walking, and performing other physical tasks associated with the role. A valid security clearance is also required.
