About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

Job Summary:

The Restaurant Operations Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading a Team: Supervising and guiding a team of over 20 employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service and resolving any complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Inventory Management: Managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Financial Management: Overseeing the financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participating in marketing initiatives and promoting the restaurant to attract new customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in a management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Education: A college diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Technology: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Access.
