Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Unit Lead to join our McDonald's Restaurant team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards. Additionally, they will train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
  • Clients focus.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility.
Benefits
