Job Description:

Are you a motivated and organized individual looking for a challenging role in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring the smooth running of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Restaurant Manager in maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Manage a team of staff, including recruitment, training, and development
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data and staff performance
  • Contribute to the development of marketing plans and promotions to drive sales and growth
  • Ensure the restaurant is operating within budget and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role or in a related industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and quality standards
