We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at MP Accounting and Finance Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities- Implement new administrative procedures and review and evaluate existing ones to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including administering policies and procedures related to the release of records.
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Perform data entry and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
- Resolve conflict situations and commission systems and components.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- On-site work is required, with no option to work remotely.
English is the primary language of communication in this role.
