Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Platinum Transport Group Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and administering policies and procedures related to the release of records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement new administrative procedures
  • Delegate work to office support staff
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Perform data entry
  • Train staff
  • Resolve conflict situations
  • Coach
  • Monitor and evaluate
  • Oversee payroll administration
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • English language proficiency

Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a private sector environment with a team of 1-2 people. The work setting is on-site, with no option for remote work.
