At Surdel Party Rentals Inc, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they meet the needs of the company.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish clear work priorities.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Office Coordinator will also be responsible for training staff, resolving conflict situations, and overseeing and co-ordinating office administrative procedures.

Requirements:

  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Ability to work 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
