About BC LTD.BC LTD. is a dynamic organization seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Office Coordinator.
Compensation:The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $45,000 - $55,000, based on industry standards and location.
Job Description:As an Office Coordinator at BC LTD., you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Tasks: You will be responsible for typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents, as well as receiving and forwarding telephone or electronic inquiries.
- Document Management: You will sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents, and maintain accurate records.
- Communication: You will provide general information to clients and the public, and respond to their queries in a professional and courteous manner.
You will also be responsible for photocopying and collating documents for distribution, mailing, and filing, and maintaining inventory levels of office supplies.
Computer and Technology Skills:You should have proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook, and be able to learn new software quickly.
Personal Qualities:- Quick Learning: You should be a quick learner, with the ability to adapt to new situations and priorities.
- Interpersonal Skills: You should have efficient interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and the public.
We are looking for a permanent employee who can work 35-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be reliable, organized, and flexible, with excellent oral communication skills.
