Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Director to join our team at Kenan Courier and Logistics. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our administrative services department.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordination of Administrative Services: Ensure the smooth operation of our administrative services, including record management, security, finance, purchasing, and human resources.
- Department Evaluation: Conduct regular evaluations of our administrative services department to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Staff Management: Direct and advise staff engaged in providing administrative services, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Budget Planning: Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: General office environment.
- Supervision: 5-10 people.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
