Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Executive Director of Operations and Sales to lead our Toronto branch. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll oversee the day-to-day functions of our 450+ employee branch, including Warehouse, Customer Service, Sales, HR, IT, and Facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the operations of our Toronto branch, ensuring seamless execution of our business strategy.
- Supervise Call Center operations to deliver impeccable customer service.
- Manage a pick-and-pack facility with over 38,500 SKUs in a 1.2 million-square-foot distribution center.
- Lead a 40+ person Sales team covering Central and Eastern Canada, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all buildings and landscaping meet company standards.
- Recruit and retain top-tier talent, managing employee relations and performance feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 10+ years of experience in operations or general management.
- Distribution, call center, and/or sales experience is a plus.
- Experience supervising personnel.
- Detailed-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Limited overnight travel required.
