Executive Director, Logistics Operations

Dynamic Freight Haulers is seeking an experienced Executive Director, Logistics Operations to lead our transportation management team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for allocating resources, coordinating regional operations, and establishing financial and administrative controls.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Regional Operations: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
- Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Promotional Campaigns: Formulate and approve promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Human Resources Planning: Approve overall human resources planning to ensure adequate staffing and talent development.
- Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
- Leadership Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in logistics operations, transportation management, or a related field.
- Work Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
