Dynamic Freight Haulers is seeking an experienced Executive Director, Logistics Operations to lead our transportation management team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for allocating resources, coordinating regional operations, and establishing financial and administrative controls.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Operational Management: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
- Financial Management: Establish and manage financial controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning.
- Leadership Development: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to drive business success.
- Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives as needed.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in logistics operations, transportation management, or a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
