About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our R&D team at Alcumus. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, including stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners
  • Provide project status updates and recommendations to senior management
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, engineering, or computer science
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Project
