Job Title: Senior Product Manager RiskWe are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our risk management initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across all aspects of our customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Risk Management Initiatives: Design and implement risk management strategies to ensure the safety and security of our customers' financial information.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with engineering, design, data, marketing, compliance, and customer support teams to deliver a world-class product experience.
- Use Data to Inform Decision-Making: Analyze data to understand risk patterns, develop insights, and inform decision-making processes.
- Establish Metrics and Monitor Effectiveness: Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of risk management initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Communicate Product Vision and Strategy: Clearly communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- 5+ Years of Experience: Proven experience as a Product Manager in the fintech or financial services industry, with a focus on risk management.
- Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with Risk Management Software: Familiarity with risk management software, tools, and methodologies.
- Track Record of Shipping Products: A track record of shipping products that have delivered meaningful results.
- Experience with Innovative Risk Management Solutions: Experience with innovative risk management solutions and technologies, including machine learning and AI applications in risk assessment.
