About the Role
Capital One Canada is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead our Strategy & Analytics team. In this role, you will develop and implement business strategies that drive growth, profitability, and competitive success for Capital One.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities and challenges
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
• Provide thought leadership on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, strategy, or analytics
• Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Compensation Package:
$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience
