About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our clinical team. As a key member of our team, you'll work collaboratively with other professionals to provide innovative therapy services to clients of all ages and backgrounds.

You'll have the opportunity to work remotely, using advanced technology to conduct online therapy sessions, as well as in-clinic settings when required. We value flexibility and are open to discussing arrangements that suit your needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide speech-language therapy services to clients in remote communities, utilizing virtual care technology to bridge the distance.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop personalized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.
  • Maintain accurate digital records of client progress and treatment outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent qualifications.
  • CASLPO registration or eligibility for registration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients and colleagues.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in video conference software and Microsoft Office.

  • A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience.
