As an employee at ATS, you will have the flexibility to work remotely or in our Dundas office, depending on your needs. You will also have opportunities to participate in community trips, fostering deeper connections with our clients and their families.

  • Provide speech-language therapy services to clients in various settings, including remote Indigenous communities using virtual care technology.
  • Maintain digital client records and ensure accurate documentation of assessments and treatment plans.

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • In good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO) or other relevant provincial regulatory body.
  • A satisfactory criminal record check.

Beyond the required qualifications, we value:

  • Experience working with children and adults who have speech-language and literacy concerns, both in-clinic and remotely.
  • Ability to adapt assessment and treatment approaches to meet the diverse needs of clients, including those from different cultural backgrounds.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with video conference software, Canva, and the Microsoft Office ecosystem.

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $85,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include dental care, disability insurance, extended health care, life insurance, on-site parking, paid time off, RRSP match, vision care, and work-from-home options. The schedule is Monday to Friday, with a Master's degree and CASLPO certification required.
