ROCKWOOL Group is seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager, Western Canada to lead our sales team in driving business growth and profitability. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales volume, revenue, and margin targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a regional team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships
  • Cultivate relationships with customers, colleagues, and key stakeholders to drive sales growth and profitability
  • Provide market analysis and insights to identify new opportunities for growth and development
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in senior sales roles leading teams
  • 5 years in Building Materials industry selling solutions
  • College education preferred
  • Strong track record of mentoring and growing high-performance teams
  • Skilled proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM
