Senior Sales Manager, Western Canada

Rockwool Group is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our regional team in Western Canada. As our new Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth and developing strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
About the Role
As Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and key stakeholders
- Leading project tracking and executing a pull-through strategy to drive sales growth
- Conducting strategic account planning sessions with key customers to identify new opportunities
- Providing ongoing market analysis to identify trends and areas for growth
- Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve business objectives
- Providing detailed sales forecasts to the Director of Sales
- Providing analytics to drive growth and support business decision-making
- Making effective use of digital tools to track and analyze sales activity
About You
We are looking for a highly experienced sales professional with a strong track record of success in senior sales roles. You will have a deep understanding of the building materials industry and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
