Regional Human Resources Director

Sleep Country Canada, a leading specialty sleep retailer, is seeking an accomplished Regional Human Resources Manager to lead our Western Canada team. As a trusted advisor to leadership and business partners, you will drive employee engagement, retention, and development while ensuring compliance with government legislation and regulations.
About the Role- Lead the HR team in Western Canada, providing strategic guidance and support to management and associates.
- Act as a business partner, collaborating with cross-functional teams on HR-related matters and executing national human resource programs.
- Foster a culture of inclusion and diversity, promoting equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging across the organization.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in a client-focused HRBP role, dealing with a large client base.
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field; CHRP/CHRL designation is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to analyze HR data, identify trends, and prepare HR/business plans.
- Union/Labour relations experience and proficiency in Oracle or an HRIS system are definite assets.
- A competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 annually, based on location and experience.
