We are seeking an experienced and organized Executive Assistant to join our team at Guangson Consulting Richmond Ltd. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

**Estimated Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

  • Establish and coordinate administrative policies and procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Analyze incoming and outgoing memoranda, submissions, and reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings to facilitate effective communication and decision-making.
  • Meet with individuals, special interest groups, and others to discuss issues and assess and recommend various courses of action based on meetings.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and administer contracts and other documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure error-free output.

Experience and Specialization:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook.
