Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Fresh Slice. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
- Sourcing and Procurement: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible deals.
- Customer Relations: Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and growth.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Beverage Services Manager Certification: Possess a certification in beverage services management to demonstrate expertise in this area.
- Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees.
- Youth Employment: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment.
- Veterans: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports Veterans.
- Indigenous People: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people.
- Visible Minorities: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports members of visible minorities.
Work Details: This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek, and the primary language of work is English.
