Industrial Process yields $1.1B revenue, specializing in centrifugal and twin-screw pumps for the chemical, energy, mining, and industrial sectors. Connect & Control Technologies focuses on harsh environment connectors and control components in critical applications for the aerospace, defense, and industrial markets.
Job DescriptionThe Global Sales Leader reports directly to the Sales Director, focusing on guaranteeing and maintaining sales growth on assigned customers. Primary responsibilities include collaborating with the senior team to set revenue goals and company strategy, implementing a sales plan to drive revenue growth, winning key projects, and establishing long-term successful relationships with customers while managing Junior Sales commercially.
- Win all key projects identified as crucial by ITT.
- Define and execute appropriate sales strategies, business development, marketing, technical, and operations support programs to maximize sales and profitability.
- Create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and lower levels.
- Work closely with colleagues on cross-territory opportunities and other internal teams on marketing materials and case studies.
- Understand the competitive landscape and market trends.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams. They should be able to analyze pipeline and lead data, delivering periodic reporting to the sales and marketing teams. Additionally, they should possess skills in data analysis and management (Excel, etc.), mental flexibility, and technical-commercial sensitivity. A good knowledge of the English language and knowledge of cost analysis methodologies are also essential.
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
