About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at REXDALE FINANCIAL SERVICES COR. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our business operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
  • Data Management: Compile and analyze data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Document Management: Type, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating projects and programs, including setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including maintaining and managing digital databases.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Work Setting: Business services environment.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with a permanent work term.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
