Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Blue Bird Travel, Inc. About the Role
- Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring seamless logistics and execution.
- Distribute mail and other materials efficiently, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Develop and implement effective office operations, including planning meetings and recording meeting minutes.
- Oversee employee data and information analysis, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Schedule appointments and respond to phone calls, delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Arrange travel and set up filing systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Type and proofread documents, performing data entry with precision and speed.
- Provide customer service, resolving queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in office administration or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
