We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for critical care to join our team in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). As a member of our ICU team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced nurses and physicians to deliver exceptional patient care.



Responsibilities



  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients requiring hemodynamic monitoring and invasive ventilation.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program required.
  • Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada certification or eligible to write exam required.
  • A minimum of two years' experience working in a critical care environment preferred.
  • Critical care certificate required.
  • Proficiency in computerized systems for documentation and communication preferred.

Estimated Salary Range


$39.07 - $56.00 per hour based on location and experience.
