We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of various hospitals in the Greater Toronto Area. As an ICU Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct patient care according to established standards and protocols
  • Conducting thorough assessments and developing individualized care plans
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient progress
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals

In addition to these core responsibilities, we offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Requirements for this role include:

  • A baccalaureate degree or diploma in nursing from an accredited institution
  • Current RN licensure in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • A minimum of 1,500 hours of experience in an intensive care setting within the past two years
  • Proof of competency in ICU skills, including ACLS certification and N95 Mask Fit Test Certificate
  • Proof of current immunization for MMRV, tetanus, pertussis, polio, hepatitis B, and TB skin test
