Executive Fraud Risk Management Leader

About the Role:
This is a critical leadership position within TD Bank's second line of defense for fraud risk management. As an executive member, you will be accountable for challenging the work of the first line of defense and ensuring that the Bank's standards, policies, and risk appetite statement measures are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and evolve the fraud risk framework, policy, and standards to set a consistent and appropriate bar across the Bank.
- Meet regulatory and customer expectations by driving strategic fraud risk management programs.
- Lead and execute the second line's fraud risk management strategic objectives and Road-to-Strong maturity roadmap.
- Effectively communicate an independent view of TD's fraud risk profile to senior management.
- Oversee and monitor adherence to fraud risk policies and drive effective and efficient end-to-end control environment.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree.
- Risk Professional with 15+ years of experience.
- Fraud Risk domain experience.
- Aptitude for distilling and communicating complex regulatory requirements.
- Strong experience in monitoring and assessing complex regulation, legislative history, and supervisory guidance.
- Proven experience managing regulatory interactions.
- Proven people management experience.
- Strong partner relationship management.
- Excellent time management.
