About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fraud Manager to join our team at GeoComply. As a Fraud Manager, you will be responsible for decoding emerging schemes, crafting innovative tactics, and briefing executive leadership on the latest threats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and communicate fraud trends and mitigation tactics to business stakeholders.
  • Share these trends with Executive leadership to drive client retention and commercial strategy.
  • Stay current on fraud trends outside of client day-to-day business.
  • Recommend solutions and product enhancements based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder fraud needs.
  • Coordinate and lead projects to develop new anti-fraud solutions with the Product team.
  • Be involved in Proof of Concepts for potential customers, working closely with them and the Revenue and Growth team.
  • Create alignment on fraud tools, messaging, and 'voice' to ensure open communication and collaboration with internal teams and key stakeholders.
  • Liaise with large enterprise digital businesses to assist them in identifying and solving real-time fraud challenges.
  • Drive solutions based on current fraud features and help document future opportunities.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive product growth and scalability.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a risk management leadership position.
  • 6+ years of experience in online gaming (Daily Fantasy Sports, Online Casinos, Poker, Online Sports Betting).
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and highly-effective communication skills.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office and G Suite Programs.
