Job Title: Marketing Director, Digital Experience

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead our digital marketing efforts. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive traffic and sales to our online channels while building awareness and engagement of the Indigo brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives traffic and sales to our online channels.
  • Campaign Execution: Manage the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and search engine marketing.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve business objectives and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Budget Management: Manage a multi-million-dollar budget to achieve business objectives and optimize ROI.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Education: Post-secondary education in marketing or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:
