Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Repair Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our transportation fleet, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our vehicles.

About the Role

In this exciting position, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and preventative work on our fleet of buses. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help us maintain our high standards of service and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake checks.
  • Repair and replace parts as needed to ensure vehicles are safe and reliable.
  • Assist with emergency road breakdowns and perform repairs to get vehicles back on the road quickly.
  • Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A valid driver's license (Class G).
  • Previous experience in vehicle maintenance or repair.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to complete written work orders.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.

This is a full-time position, working approximately 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
