We provide a SaaS-based threat intelligence platform called Navigator to corporate security teams worldwide. Our technology identifies, tracks, and validates issues from open source channels (surface, deep web, and darknet) related to executive safety, fraud prevention, and asset & infrastructure protection.
This role plays a critical part in building on our sophisticated open source data collection capabilities. You will partner closely with engineering leadership, Manager, Data Acquisition, and product engineering teams to create new data integrations and enhance existing ones.
Key Responsibilities- Create new data source integrations with Director, Data Acquisition, and product engineering teams
- Design and build the next-generation data integration platform efficiently and reliably
- Develop and implement new API extraction methods to boost capability and efficiency of engineering teams and activities
- Analyze and optimize existing data sources for complete coverage with lowest latency possible
- Evaluate and propose new technologies and methodologies as needed to ensure industry best practices
What You Need to Succeed
- At least 5 years of experience working with Python or similar programming languages with third-party API integrations
- 5+ years of experience with MySQL, including database schema design, analytics, and data modeling
- Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and designing data models for consumption
- Experience with ElasticSearch or other similar technologies is a plus
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data
- Experience with messaging/event solutions like Kafka or RabbitMQ
