We are seeking a seasoned Growth Manager Acquisition to drive exponential growth for Airwallex in the Canadian market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for initiating, executing, and scaling our Go-To-Market activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive growth and scale our Canadian business exponentially.
- Collaborate with commercial and strategy leaders to drive growth initiatives across all aspects of the customer lifecycle (customer acquisition, activation, retention, and upselling).
- Leverage your expertise in building multi-functional, multi-channel customer acquisition operations.
- Help define the key verticals, positioning, and value proposition of our products to drive growth.
- Partner with Americas and Global Marketing to strategize and execute effective customer acquisition campaigns.
- Build channel partnerships with local vendors.
- Work closely with other regions and the global Product team to build the right user experience and tools to continue driving exponential growth.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 10+ years of experience in go-to-market teams, with 5 years of managing go-to-market teams of at least 10 people (this includes sales, account management, etc).
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing).
- Creativity and data-driven approaches when it comes to growth strategies.
