We are undertaking a search for an executive to lead the company through its next stage of growth, leveraging our positioning, momentum, and growing markets to accelerate revenues and profits.

Scope of Position:

The President and Chief Executive Officer will own the strategy and drive its execution, reporting to the Board of Directors.

This individual will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring the timely implementation and execution of business and financial plans.

They will architect the organization, placing human resources, processes, and operational capabilities in place to scale and outperform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Refine strategic and operating plans with the Board of Directors and senior management team.
  • Oversee daily operations to implement business and financial plans.
  • Architect the organization for growth and scalability.
  • Maintain senior-level relationships with customers and partners.
  • Ensure operational milestones are met on time and within budget.

Requirements:

  • A highly intelligent, strategically minded executive with superb communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in a software or technology-based company required.
  • Track record of driving accelerated revenue growth in mid-sized enterprise software companies ($10-50mm).
  • Proven entrepreneurial experience with strong financial, market, and business acumen.
  • Toronto-based or willingness to relocate to Toronto.

Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this position is $250,000 - $400,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
