Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Global Corporate Events team, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and preparing expense reports.
  • Arrange travel itineraries and book travel as required.
  • Coordinate and schedule conference calls, department meetings, and events.
  • Assist with event planning, including brainstorming and researching event marketing opportunities.
  • Support the team with event development and execution, including creating event materials and organizing information for post-event recaps.
  • Provide pre- and post-event support, including organizing event RSVPs and managing event budgets.
  • Research and source restaurants, hotels, and meeting venues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or event planning capacity.
  • Valid passport and willingness to travel, as some travel to the US may be required.
  • Stellar communication and customer-focused interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Passion for movies and events, with a familiarity with overall entertainment industry and marketing trends.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
