Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Global Corporate Events team, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and preparing expense reports.
- Arrange travel itineraries and book travel as required.
- Coordinate and schedule conference calls, department meetings, and events.
- Assist with event planning, including brainstorming and researching event marketing opportunities.
- Support the team with event development and execution, including creating event materials and organizing information for post-event recaps.
- Provide pre- and post-event support, including organizing event RSVPs and managing event budgets.
- Research and source restaurants, hotels, and meeting venues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or event planning capacity.
- Valid passport and willingness to travel, as some travel to the US may be required.
- Stellar communication and customer-focused interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for movies and events, with a familiarity with overall entertainment industry and marketing trends.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
