IT Infrastructure and Operations Role

Live Assets is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual IT Network Engineer to join our client's IT team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support and resolution for network-related issues.
  • Act as an escalation point for Tier 1 and 2 staff.
  • Develop and maintain job aids and standard operating procedures for Helpdesk staff.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of company standard practice management clinic software.
  • Configure and set up new systems and IT network equipment.
  • Assist end users with connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with Server Cloud & Network engineers to understand their methods and document procedures.
  • Provide Early Life Support (ELS) after project-specific implementations.
  • Perform changes in Cisco Meraki firewalls, Ubiquiti switches, and access points.
  • Utilize Microsoft 365 for project communications and file management.
  • Provide ongoing network support and troubleshooting for residual IT issues.

Necessary Skills:

  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and MS Office 365, Active Directory, Azure, and Intune.
  • Strong understanding of network topologies and protocols.
  • Experience with Layer-2 and Layer-3 networking technologies.
  • Knowledge of remote management tools and techniques.
  • Administration of the Microsoft Windows Server platform.
  • Knowledge of Zendesk or related ticketing systems.
  • Experience in customer service, technical support, and IT field support.
  • Ability to work with various internal stakeholders and divisions.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, Cisco Meraki Solutions Specialist, or Microsoft Certified Azure Network Engineer Associate are desired.
