As an Office Administrative Assistant with the Orientum Group, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations of our office run smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Assisting with staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Managing the flow of information within the team
  • Directing and controlling daily operations
  • Planning and controlling budgets and expenditures
  • Reviewing HR projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations

Additionally, you will:

  • Supervise other workers
  • Train other workers
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information

This is a permanent position with a 35 to 40 hour workweek and English as the primary language of work.
