Office Operations Manager

Job Summary
As an Office Operations Manager at MILLTEX SPORTSWEAR, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative services. This will include reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met. You will also administer policies and procedures related to the release of records, coordinate and plan for office services, and assist in the preparation of the operating budget.

- Oversee payroll administration
Requirements
We are looking for an individual with a strong background in administration and a proven track record of managing teams. You will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also have a strong understanding of office procedures and policies.
