Job Description:
Responsibilities:- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages in a professional manner.
- Respond to electronic inquiries from customers and colleagues.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to meet operational needs.
- Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate contact or service area.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with attention to detail.
- Mastery of MS Excel, Word, and Office applications.
- Familiarity with technical terminology related to business operations.
- Experience in correspondence, reports, records, and invoices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent oral communication skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
