Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages in a professional manner.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries from customers and colleagues.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to meet operational needs.
  • Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate contact or service area.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Mastery of MS Excel, Word, and Office applications.
  • Familiarity with technical terminology related to business operations.
  • Experience in correspondence, reports, records, and invoices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized and reliable individual with attention to detail.
