Job Title: Business Operations Assistant

At Sussex Insurance, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Business Operations Assistant to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting with administrative procedures, data entry, and office operations.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and ensuring deadlines are met. They will also be required to carry out various administrative tasks, coordinate office services, and assemble data for reports. Strong communication skills and organizational abilities are essential for this role.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Windows is also required.

Salary Information:
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
