Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Assistant to join our team at The UPS Store #244. This is a full-time position that requires exceptional communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, with experience in managing office supplies, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining manual and computerized filing systems. They will be responsible for handling all correspondence, including responding to employee queries and complaints, as well as ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory.

This role also involves providing administrative support to the team, which may include setting up meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes. Additionally, the successful candidate will be expected to maintain accurate records, compile data and statistics, and perform other tasks as required.

Responsibilities

Requirements
