Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Peoples Bookkeeping & Tax Inc.

Job Summary:

The Business Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of daily business activities, and providing exceptional support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of office supplies, manage inventory, and ensure the organization of physical and digital files.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, including arranging logistics, communicating with vendors, and preparing materials.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Scheduling and Time Management: Schedule and confirm appointments, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Languages: English.

Working Conditions:

This is an on-site position that requires working at our physical location. We do not offer remote work options.

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
