We are seeking a skilled Professional Coordinator for Office Operations to join our team at Peoples Bookkeeping & Tax Inc. This role is ideal for someone with experience in coordinating office activities, arranging events, and implementing policies.

Job Description
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Determine and establish efficient office procedures, routines, and protocols.
  • Develop and maintain accurate information filing systems, both manual and computerized.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth execution.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be responsible for:

  • Coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events to support business objectives.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective communication channels with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintaining inventory of office supplies, ordering as needed, and managing expenses.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
