About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our Decking and Railing Division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the outdoor living products market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the decking and railing market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including face-to-face sales calls and product demonstrations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales teams and product managers, to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and product offerings
  • Provide sales support and product expertise to customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Proven sales experience in the building materials or home improvement industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory
