Decking and Railing Sales Opportunity

Master Halco, a leading manufacturer and distributor of perimeter security and fencing products, is seeking an experienced Regional Decking and Railing Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in Eastern Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales and margin goals for decking, railing, and outdoor structures
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including face-to-face sales calls and product demonstrations
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Provide product training and support to customers and internal teams
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in the decking and railing industry or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to provide expert advice to customers
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with internal teams
